Refund Policy

All the refunds are thoroughly verified and accordingly processed depending upon the nature of the size of the issue. The refunds policy follows the below criteria”-

• Refunds are considered within one day from the purchase of the course.
• To request a refund, please raise a support ticket from your Add My Course log in
• Refunds are not accepted on self-paced courses (the course content or the E-Book)
• In case there is a concern with the batch timings after course fees are paid, it cannot be refunded instead alternative timing options are provided to you.
• Once the refund request is approved the remittance would be initiated to your account in 7 to 10 working days.
